Training for my first half marathon


So I did the 5K back in July. For my next challenge I signed up for a half marathon in October. I must say it is challenging, especially in this heat. I try to more at night when it is much cooler. I can run faster and longer. As of today, Im up to about 5.5 miles, next week I want to get to 6 miles.
Every week after that I will keep adding another mile. Hopefully by Oct 17th Ill be ready to do the 13 miles.

If it wasnt for starting my fitness journey with P90 and then P90X, I would never ever imagined training for a half marathon at age 52!
